Feeding instructions : 

1. Label the date and time accordingly on the breast milk storage bag.
2. Leave some space at the top o the storage bag as well as milk will expand during freezing.
3. Store in refrigerator OR freezer. Thaw frozen breast milk in the refrigerator first or under flowing water. Do not thaw in microwave, warmer or boiling water. Carefully pour breast milk into feeding bottle for warming up.
4. Breast milk storage bag cannot be reused. Discard breast milk storage bag after single use.
